We are committed to delivering top-notch solutions to our clients, and we’re looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to support our Marketing Director in driving our marketing efforts and ensuring top-tier service delivery.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Virtual Executive Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Google Sheets/Excel, have hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, and possess a solid background in lead generation and data analysis. You will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives, analyzing marketing performance, and improving customer service processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management & Analysis:
- Manage and analyze marketing data using Google Sheets/Excel, including advanced formulas and VLOOKUP.
- Track and report on key metrics such as ROI, cost per acquisition, and lead quality.
- Analyze data from unqualified leads to identify patterns and improve lead quality.
- CRM & Lead Generation:
- Utilize Zoho CRM for managing and tracking leads and customer interactions.
- Monitor leads through various platforms including Yelp, Home Advisor, Angie’s List, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Develop strategies to improve lead conversion rates and overall marketing effectiveness.
- Customer Service & Quality Assurance:
- Review and analyze customer service calls and office messages for quality assurance.
- Provide constructive feedback to enhance customer service and lead conversion processes.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of customer interactions and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, including advanced formulas, VLOOKUP, and data management.
- Experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms.
- Proven experience with lead generation on platforms such as Yelp, Home Advisor, Angie’s List, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on marketing performance metrics, ROI, and cost per acquisition.
- Experience in analyzing lead data to draw conclusions about lead quality and patterns.
- Background in customer service quality assurance, including reviewing calls and providing feedback.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
