- Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits.
- Locate and correct data entry errors or report them to supervisors.
- Store complete documents in appropriate locations.
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
Skills:
- Typing speed and accuracy.
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience using office equipment, like fax machines and scanners.
- Proven data entry work experience as a Data Entry Operator or Virtual Assistant.
