Location: Maritim Marina Bay Resort & Casino/ Vlore, Albania.
Job Type: Full-time.
Job Summary: As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met. You will handle guest check-ins/outs, reservations, and assist with inquiries to create a memorable experience for each guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out processes.
- Manage guest reservations and maintain accurate records.
- Implement effective sales strategies to maximize bookings and promote the hotel’s additional services.
- Provide information about resort amenities and local attractions.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues as needed.
- Handle guest payments and transactions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel or resort front desk preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
