True Summit Adventures is a bespoke luxury adventure and experiential travel company focused on trekking, mountaineering, horseback and safari adventures in Europe, South America, Africa and Asia.

TSA are seeking a well organised, driven, dynamic, ambitious and service orientated person to join them as Head of Operations / Right Hand Person to the owner – a British National based between London and Tirana.

The candidate must be fluent in spoken and written English.

The role is diverse and will encompass all aspects of the travel industry. Working closely alongside the owner you will assist, lead and take ownership on tasks including:

Client Travel Planning

Hotel Bookings

Scheduling of Trips

Managing the Website

Invoicing Clients

Management of Accounts

Helping to Produce Client RFP’s and Itineraries

Marketing Initiatives

Social Media Management

Responding to Client Requests

Other Ad Hoc jobs

This is an exciting opportunity for a really driven person who wants to be part of a fast growing business.

An interest in adventure and or luxury travel is a must. In time there might be the opportunity to travel with the company and complete some of the adventures we offer like Kilimanjaro or Everest Basecamp.

Previous experience in a travel business is ideal but not a pre-requisite to get this job.

It is essential to be hard working, responsive and pro-active. Client requests or situations can arise 7 days a week although your normal office hours will be 9 – 6.

The owner is a very busy person who also hosts the majority of the trips on offer.

The ability to work independently while he is travelling and to take ownership of all tasks that might arise is a must.

This is a long term position in a growing company. You will be the first full time / senior hire.

In time, the team will grow to include marketing specialists and a business administrator.

A lot of this will be remote, but you will also be expected to work out of a small office in a nice building in Bloku when the owner is in Tirana.
