Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly and professionally upon arrival, helping in a clear and concise manner.
- Answer basic questions about services and procedures, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
- Manage queues and maintain order.
- Provide constructive feedback process and regular performance evaluation. Responsible for providing directions, building facilities information.
- Ensure audit reports of these visits are maintained in Atlas via Management Reporting.
Client Coordination:
- Coordination, visitation and communication with the client on an as needed basis with prior approval of the Task Order Manager.
- Ensure that personnels are adequately equipped/trained to utilize clients services in the country or area assigned.
- Answer questions effectively and accurately from the client within agreed upon timeframe.
- Escalate cases as needed to the Task Order Manager.
Reporting and Security:
- Maintain orderliness and enforcing security protocols and procedures.
- Report any suspicious behaviors to the security.
- Provide regular report and feedback on applicants.
- Maintain accurate record of all activities.
- Ensure smooth workflow and queue management.
- Effective communication.
Supervision Received
o Supervision will be provided by Greeters Supervisor. However, this position requires significant ability to operate and excel independently.
Qualifications and Skills
Education:
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in any relevant field.
Professional Experience
- Three to five years of relevant professional experience required.
- Experience in client relations and customer service management.
- Call center experience valued.
- Hotel Management experience.
- Experience in drafting concise written reports.
- Strong IT skills to include proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Language Skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Fluency in spoken and written in Albanian.
Interpersonal Skills
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Strong commitment to security and confidentiality.
- Culturally sensitive, respectful of diverse customs and beliefs, and avoid making offensive or discriminatory remarks.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
