Responsibilities
Financial Analysis:
▪ Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decisions.
▪ Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
▪ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
▪ Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts.
▪ Monitor budget performance and report variances.
▪ Assist in long-term financial planning and strategy development.
Reporting:
▪ Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
▪ Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements.
▪ Support internal and external audits as needed.
Accounting:
▪ Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
▪ Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
▪ Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
Compliance and Risk Management:
▪ Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
▪ Identify and mitigate financial risks.
▪ Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Process Improvement:
▪ Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems.
▪ Lead or participate in financial projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
▪ Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Key Relationships
▪ Local Eng Albania management, HR team, Nearshore team.
▪ Central Accounting, Treasury, Finance Controlling teams in Eng Italy.
▪ External agencies for accounting and payroll in Albania
Qualifications
▪ Higher education in a relevant field of economy or related business management fields.
▪ Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in multinational organizations.
▪ Proficiency in SAP BPC and all Albanian accounting standards and requirements.
▪ International professional certifications are an advantage.
Technical Competencies & Skills
▪ Strong functional knowledge relevant to the role.
▪ Experience working with internal clients in a multicultural environment.
▪ Resilience under pressure and excellent organizational and time management skills.
▪ Precision and accuracy with keen attention to detail.
▪ High level of professionalism and ethics in handling confidential data.
▪ Proficiency in all MS Office tools.
▪ Native Albanian speaker with fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is an advantage
