Collection Agent is responsible managing the collection of outstanding debts from clients and customers with different outgoing calls camping
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
  • Handle questions or complaints
  • Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.
  • Achieve the KPIs working in compliance with Debt Collection processes
