Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help grow our client base by acquiring new landlords for Qterra Property Management. You’ll reach out to property owners, follow up, and close deals to expand our portfolio.
Responsibilities:
– Prospect new landlord clients via cold calls, inbound calls, and networking.
– Follow up with potential clients and build strong relationships.
– Present Qterra’s property management services and close deals.
– Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
– Collaborate with the marketing team and stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements:
– 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience.
– Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
– Ability to manage multiple prospects and work independently.
– Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Compensation & Benefits:
– Base salary+Commission: 1,300€ – 2,000€.
