Role Overview:We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead our B2B customer and affiliate partner acquisition initiatives and drive revenue growth. This role will be crucial in conducting the company’s revenue engine, requiring a thorough understanding of our products and services. The ideal candidate will excel in lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals, with a focus on achieving our ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Company Representation: Effectively represent our offerings while gaining a comprehensive understanding of our services.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Research and identify customer needs, aligning our solutions to meet those needs.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency.
  • Sales Growth Management: Achieve sales volume growth and hit targets by managing our database of leads, B2B customers, and affiliate partners.
  • Lead Generation: Generate and expand our customer base, ensuring a strong market presence.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and partnering effectively.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of onboarded merchants and affiliates, providing follow-up support during their initial onboarding period.
  • Sales Tracking: Track sales goals, report results, and maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
  • Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation strategies.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, new products, and competitor activities.
  • Storytelling: Utilize storytelling to effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.

Daily Tasks:

  • Conduct sales calls and follow-ups with leads and affiliates.
  • Reach out to inactive onboarded customers and new active customers.
  • Facilitate agreement closings and collect necessary compliance documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports for senior management.
  • Analyze the quality of onboarded customers based on agreed metrics.
  • Research competitors and market trends, providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Support) to enhance customer engagement.
  • Update and suggest sales tools and marketing materials.
  • Conduct periodic customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and updates.
  • Represent the company at expos and events to generate leads and promote our brand.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success throughout the sales cycle, from planning to closing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the forex or gaming sectors.
  • Strong English proficiency (native speaker preferred).
  • Dedication to exceptional customer service.
  • Experience with task management tools is an advantage.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve high performance.
  • Self-organized and responsible.
