Manage start to end payroll processing, along with all associated pre and post-processing tasks, for multiple pay groups under various entities/brands.
Tracking, researching, troubleshooting, and/or escalating all payroll related issues, with thorough follow through until fully resolved.
Supporting employees, managers, and/or HR with excellent customer service, assistance, and education on payroll and all payroll related matters.
Maintain various logs and send follow up emails to resolve issues as needed.
