Balkan Interactive Group is seeking to hire a Social Media Manager, responsible for overseeing the company’s social media channels, developing and executing social media strategies, and creating engaging content that aligns with the company’s brand. This role aims to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and achieve marketing objectives through various social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies:
  • Design, write, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Develop a social media content calendar and ensure consistency in brand messaging.
  • Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, etc.) to track performance and report on key metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize content and strategies.
  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers to create visually appealing content.
  • Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to meet business goals (brand awareness, lead generation, conversions).
  • Stay Updated with Industry Trends:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and trends.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, in Albanian and English.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Familiarity with SEO, paid advertising, and content marketing.
