Job description​

As an Experienced Advisory Associate in our Transactions Advisory Services, you will provide support in a variety of projects including M&A, buy-side/sell-side due diligence, Purchase Price Allocations, and valuations of private companies.​

You will also assist in financial modeling and accounting advisory services for local and international clients.​

Key responsibilities​

• Assist in the performance of valuation analysis of businesses, assets and financial instruments for transaction and financial reporting purposes;​

• Assist in the preparation of valuation reports and presentations;​

• Participate in buy-side/sell-side due diligence projects;​

• Analyze financial results of targets company through reviewing accounting records;​

• Perform research on industry trends and market data, including the identification of comparable companies;​

• Analyze financial projections and assist in the preparations of Business Plans;​

• Assist in the preparation of well-structured financial models for our clients’ businesses;​

• Internally support our audit teams in reviewing and commenting on valuations performed by our audit clients for financial reporting purposes;​

What you bring to the role​

• Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related fields;​

• A professional candidacy in ACCA and CFA program is an advantage;​

• At least 2 years related working experience;​

• Strong research and financial analysis skills;​

• Proficiency with financial research tools including proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, Excel and PowerPoint;​

• Ability to perform statistical data analysis through statistical programs like EViews, STATA and SPSS is an advantage;​

• Strong written and verbal communication skills;​

• High level of motivation, commitment, and dedication, “can do” attitude as well as a proactive mindset with a willingness to learn;​

• Demonstrated ability to identify issues and resolve problems;​

• Good team work skill and ability to work independently and support team initiatives;​

• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines across different client mandates and industry sectors;​

• Proficiency in spoken and written English;​
