Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Platform Assistant and Creator to join our marketing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in building brand awareness and fostering engaging communities across TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter. Your authentic voice and ability to resonate with followers will drive our brand’s message, creating impactful connections and driving campaign objectives. This role offers the exciting opportunity to either leverage your existing follower base or strategically expand our digital footprint. Additionally, a significant part of your role will involve posting ready-to-use content provided by us, which simplifies the content creation process and allows you to focus more on engagement and growth.
Responsibilities
- Content Utilisation: Easily post high-quality content provided by our in-house team, using your iPhone. This streamlines your workflow and allows you to maintain consistent activity across platforms with minimal effort.
- Content Creation: Optionally craft, curate, and post compelling content tailored to each platform’s unique audience and best practices.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers, responding to comments and messages to foster a vibrant and positive community.
- Brand Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand and align with brand values, campaign goals, and messaging.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor engagement and performance metrics to understand content impact, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies.
- Outreach and Expansion: Proactively seek new opportunities for collaboration and audience growth, including reaching out to potential partners and participating in relevant online communities.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of social media trends, competitor strategies, and emerging platforms to keep our brand relevant and innovative.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Platform Assistant and Creator or in a similar role with a track record of engagement and growth on TikTok, Instagram, and/or Twitter.
- Strong understanding of each platform’s best practices, trends, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and visual, with the ability to adapt tone and style to match the brand and audience.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and quality content.
- Ability to analyse data, draw conclusions, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and campaign needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess an iPhone to access and post the provided content.
