SIDENOR S.A. is searching for its subsidiary SIDERAL S.A. a Sales Assistant to join our team on a fixed term 12 months with the possibility of extension.
Location: Sukth, Albania.
The firm is looking for a Sales Assistant, who will be responsible for:
- Creating and sending sales invoices (including export invoices) and statements to customers
- Checking the data input to ensure the accuracy of the final bill.
- Tracking customer payments
- Reporting issues or irregularities to the administrator and finance department
- Managing the process of archiving of sales documents according to legal requirements and company procedures
- Reconciliation of customer balances
- Reconcile any discrepancies or errors identified by conversing with employees and/or clients
- Report any troubling discoveries or suspicion of wrongdoing to the proper authorities
- Adhere to the company’s or organisation’s financial policies and procedures
- Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost reductions.
- Assist with periodical inventories
- Perform other daily tasks as per the management’s requirements
Qualifications:
- University degree at a graduate level preferably in Business, Economic or related fields
- At least 3+ years of experience in sales and/ or finance business
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Albanian & in English.
- SAP experience would be considered an asset
- Knowledge of Greek is an asset.
- Self-motivation and strong achievement drive

- Possess experience in daily interaction with clients
- Possess the ability to handle multiple tasks
